Hermangild Francis promises update High Court building works
Hermangild Francis, St Lucia's Home Affairs Minister, has promised to provide an update this week on the status of building works at the High Court.
He had hoped to provide an update already, however, the owner of the court building failed to return his phone calls ahead of this press conference. Please see the HTS St Lucia report below.
Operations at the court have been suspended since 16 April, causing further delays in St Lucia's already overstretched justice system.
